Uses higher pricing than Fords suggested list prices. Also said the part they replaced was destroyed. Could have been easily repaired. This conversation was over the telephone. When I analyzed my bill after picking up the Vehicle they had charged me 345.99 ford list is 250.91 . Had trusted they would be using standard pricing . Great customer service and overall service done to my vehicle. Ramon inspected my vehicle and help me diagnose several concerning issues. Ava at the service desk went above and beyond in assisting me last minute. Both were amazing and very much appreciate all of their help! Sales representative, Kelsey was fabulous. Her bubbly personality puts you at ease. The financial representative was equally as helpful. The wait can be cumbersome, but that's the way dealing with a lot of paperwork goes. Friendly people, well informed about the cars/trucks/SUVs sold from the Ford dealership in Brazil.

So far everything seems ok. With my vehicle purchased which was through York in Plainfield I was told I would get free oil change, tire rotation and couple of other things that I mentioned to them were going to be free even showed her paperwork but paid $70.
