York Ford was there in an emergency when I was an hour and a half from home and my car started acting up. They listened, were do very accommodating, not pushy, and worked with me once I got back home in securing the new to me vehicle. My salesman James and Ashley the finance manager are very friendly and so helpful in getting me back home safely.
The service shop has improved tremendously in the last six months. The professionalism is back and I feel like my vehicle is in good hands again. Thank you for the vast improvements!

I found the vehicle online and was impressed enough to drive 3 hours to check it out—and it was absolutely worth it! The team had everything ready when I arrived, and the vehicle was exactly as described. The staff was professional, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and easy, even with the distance. Have been there several times and the team is always friendly and professional. They have always quickly alleviated my concerns, sometimes for free, like testing my battery or replacing a brake light. They never tried to upsell me things I don't need like the ford in terre haute did every time. Will not go anywhere else as long as I have a ford.

I am a very satisfied customer of York Ford. I drove 2 hours after a week of communication awaiting the vehicle I was looking for. They had it detailed/polished and a full tank of gas ready to go. We discovered a day later that it was missing the Owners Manual and Noah will be mailing a new one asap! I do recommend doing business with them- no pressure and very honest. We did not finance but I observed several people doing so and happy.
Ours salesman, James listened to what we wanted and gave us options. He was very knowledgeable and worked to get us into what we wanted for the price we wanted. Overall good experience. I'd recommend giving York Ford a try.
They helped me and my fiance look for a car. Everyone there was so thoughtful and always made sure to answer any questions we were confused about. Without exaggerating this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. The staff was friendly, accommodating and fun. We experienced no pressure sales tactics. I recently had alignment done on our Mustang. I was pleased with the service department. They gave me a printout showing what they had corrected with alignment.
The guys at York really took care of us when different but related issues kept arising with my Edge. I thought I would be inconvenienced by having to bring it back three times but the guys worked quickly and I was never without it for long. Everyone was extremely friendly and we were very pleased with the whole overall experience with the shop.
